Red Rice Poha or beaten rice is a traditional food that is consumed across India. These rice flakes are ideal replacement for commerical factory made cornflakes and other cereal flakes. Best served with some warm milk with honey and fruits. Poha is also used in preparing savory dishes like upma, fried snack mixes and pulavs.

Unpolished Red rice poha, retains most of the micro-nutrients that is generally lost during the polishing process. Rich source of dietary fiber with low amounts of starch. Highly recommended for people with insulin deficiencies.
