Black Rice is a cousin of sorts to Red Rice. Simple steamed Black Rice goes well with curries, dals and ragu’s. Do try it and let us know your innovative ways of serving our Black Rice.
Can be cooked by boiling, pressure cooker or using a rice cooker.
Note: It does take a little longer to cook compared to regular rice.
